Polson is a city located on the southern shore of Flathead Lake in Lake County, Montana. It is also on the Flathead Indian Reservation. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 4,041. It is the county seat of Lake County. The city was named after pioneer rancher David Polson. (More Info and Source)
